3. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email [email protected]​ with order number, reason, and photo evidence.
  2. We issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)​ within 1–2 business days with the return address.
  3. Ship the item via a trackable method (insured for high-value items).
  4. Upon receipt and inspection, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
