What “Quality” Means to Us:
- Material Sourcing: We partner directly with verified suppliers in Donghai — the “Crystal Capital of China” — ensuring traceability from mine to finished product. Every batch of raw crystal undergoes visual inspection for clarity, cut precision, and structural integrity before entering production.
- Manufacturing Standards: Our production facilities follow strict quality control protocols. Laser-engraved crystal balls are produced using advanced subsurface laser engraving technology, creating permanent 3D images inside the crystal without compromising structural strength.
- Pre-Shipment Inspection: Every single item is individually inspected before packing. We check for surface scratches, internal fractures, engraving accuracy, and packaging integrity. Items that don’t meet our standards are rejected — no exceptions.
- Continuous Improvement: We actively collect customer feedback and conduct periodic random sampling of shipped products to ensure consistency. If we find a recurring issue, we fix the root cause, not just the symptom.
⚠️ Safety Information
⚠️ Choking Hazard — Small Parts
Some of our products contain small components (e.g., crystal beads, detachable bases, decorative elements) that may pose a choking hazard to children under 3 years old. Keep out of reach of young children. These products are not toys and should not be used by unsupervised children.
⚠️ Fragility Warning
Crystal is inherently delicate. While our products are crafted to last generations with proper care, they can shatter upon impact. Handle with both hands, place on stable surfaces away from edges, and avoid dropping. Broken crystal shards are extremely sharp — if breakage occurs, carefully collect all fragments wearing protective gloves and dispose of safely.
⚠️ Lead Content Disclosure
Some crystal products (particularly those described as “full lead crystal” or “high lead content crystal”) may contain lead exceeding certain regulatory thresholds. These products are intended for decorative purposes only and should not come into contact with food, beverages, or mouth. Wash hands after handling if you have sensitive skin.
⚠️ Nickel Release (for metal fittings)
Products containing metal components (clasps, chains, stands, keychains) may release trace amounts of nickel. Individuals with nickel allergies should avoid prolonged skin contact.
⚠️ UV Light & Laser Engraving
Laser-engraved crystal balls are created using focused infrared lasers that permanently alter the crystal’s internal structure. The engraving is stable and does not emit radiation. However, do not stare directly into the crystal under strong concentrated light sources (e.g., laser pointers, direct sunlight through magnifying glass), as the internal engraving can act as a light-focusing element.

🧼 Care & Handling Guidelines
Proper care ensures your crystal products retain their brilliance for years:
Daily Care:
- Dust with a soft, dry microfiber cloth
- For deeper cleaning, use lukewarm water with a drop of mild dish soap, rinse thoroughly, and pat dry immediately
- Never use abrasive cleaners, ammonia-based products, or ultrasonic jewelry cleaners on crystal
Storage:
- Store individually wrapped in soft cloth or bubble wrap to prevent scratching
- Keep away from extreme temperature fluctuations (e.g., don’t leave in a hot car or freezing garage)
- Display away from direct, prolonged sunlight — some colored crystals may fade over time
Engraved Crystal Balls:
- The 3D laser engraving is permanent and will not fade or rub off
- Clean the outer surface gently; avoid pressing hard on the engraving area
- For LED-lit displays, use the recommended voltage only. Unplug when not in use for extended periods.
