PayPal
PayPal is available for customers who prefer not to enter card details directly on our site. You can pay using your PayPal balance, linked bank account, or any card saved in your PayPal wallet.
Buy Now, Pay Later (Selected Regions)
Depending on your location, you may see installment options at checkout (e.g., Klarna, Afterpay, Affirm). Availability and eligibility are determined by the BNPL provider — we do not control approval decisions.
Note on Regional Availability: Some payment methods may not appear for your country due to processor restrictions. If a method is greyed out or missing, it’s not available for your billing region.

SSL/TLS Encryption
Every page on our website is secured with 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption. You’ll see the padlock icon (🔒) in your browser’s address bar. All payment data transmitted between your device and our servers is encrypted end-to-end.
PCI-DSS Compliance
We use Stripe and PayPal — both are certified PCI-DSS Level 1 service providers (the highest level of payment security certification). We never store your full credit card number, CVV, or expiry date on our servers. Payment data goes directly from your browser to the processor via tokenization — we only receive a transaction token, not your card details.
Fraud Protection
Our systems run automated fraud screening on every order, checking for suspicious patterns (unusual IP/location mismatch, mismatched billing/shipping addresses, etc.). If your order is flagged, we may contact you for additional verification. This is to protect both you and us from unauthorized transactions.
3D Secure Authentication
For eligible cards (primarily Visa Secure, Mastercard Identity Check, and American Express SafeKey), you may be redirected to your bank’s authentication page to verify the transaction with a one-time password (OTP) or biometric confirmation. This adds an extra layer of protection against unauthorized use.
💰 Currency, Exchange Rates & Fees
Pricing Currency
All prices on our website are displayed in [USD / EUR / GBP — specify your primary currency]. The final charge on your statement will appear in this currency unless your bank converts it.
Exchange Rates
If your card is billed in a different currency, your card issuer sets the exchange rate. We have no control over this rate or any foreign transaction fees your bank may charge. These typically range from 1%–3% of the transaction amount. Please consult your bank for details.
No Hidden Fees from Us
The amount you see at checkout is exactly what we charge. We do not add any convenience fees, processing surcharges, or currency conversion markups on top of the displayed price.
Customs & Import Fees
Import duties, VAT, and customs clearance fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost. These are collected by your local customs authority or delivery carrier upon import. See our [Shipping Policy] for market-specific details.
⏱️ When Will I Be Charged?

| If We Cancel | If we cannot fulfill your order for any reason, the authorization is released immediately. Depending on your bank, it may take 3–7 business days for the pending charge to disappear from your statement. |
Pre-orders & Backorders: If you order an item that is not yet in stock, your card may be authorized at checkout but not captured until the item ships. You will receive a separate notification when the charge is finalized.
❓ Payment FAQ
Q: My payment was declined. What should I do?
A: First, double-check that your card details (number, expiry, CVV, billing address) are entered correctly. Ensure you have sufficient available credit. If everything looks right, contact your bank — they may be blocking the transaction as a security measure. You can also try a different payment method (e.g., PayPal). If the issue persists, email us at [email protected].
Q: Can I change my payment method after placing an order?
A: Once an order is placed, the payment method cannot be changed. If you need to switch methods, please contact us within 2 hours of ordering — we may be able to cancel the order so you can re-place it with a different method. After processing begins, cancellations are not possible.
Q: Will I receive an invoice or receipt?
A: Yes. A detailed order confirmation email serves as your receipt. If you need a formal tax invoice (for business purchases), reply to your order confirmation email or contact [email protected] with your order number and tax ID, and we’ll generate one for you.
Q: Do you offer cash on delivery (COD)?
A: COD is available for select destinations in the Middle East (UAE, Saudi Arabia). Availability is shown at checkout. Please note: COD orders are non-refundable in cash — refunds are issued as store credit only.
Q: Is it safe to save my card for future purchases?
A: We do not store your card details ourselves. If you choose “Save this card” at checkout, the information is tokenized and stored securely by Stripe. You can remove saved cards at any time from your account dashboard.
Q: Why was I charged twice?
A: You likely see a pending authorization and a captured charge — this is normal and will resolve itself. The pending authorization will drop off your statement within 3–7 business days. If you see two postedcharges for the same order, email us immediately with screenshots and we’ll investigate.
Q: Do you accept cryptocurrency?
A: At this time, we do not accept cryptocurrency payments. We accept the payment methods listed above only.
