1. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days​ (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment confirmation. During peak seasons, processing may extend to 5 business days. A shipping confirmation email with tracking information is sent upon dispatch.

Estimates exclude customs clearance time. Delays due to weather, holidays, customs inspection, or carrier disruptions are beyond our control.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Calculated in real-time at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination
  • Free shipping thresholds, if any, are displayed at checkout
  • Remote area surcharges may apply and will be shown before payment

4. Tracking

Tracking links are emailed upon shipment. Economy shipping methods may offer limited tracking—this is normal for postal services.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (Market-Specific)

⚠️ Import duties, VAT/GST, and customs fees are NOT included in item price or shipping cost unless explicitly stated at checkout. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

European Union (EU):

  • Orders under €150: VAT may be collected at checkout via IOSS​ (Import One-Stop Shop). If IOSS applies, no additional import VAT is due upon delivery.
  • Orders above €150: Import VAT and duties collected by carrier upon delivery (DDU).

United Kingdom:

  • Orders under £135: VAT collected at checkout; no further charges on import.
  • Orders above £135: Import VAT and duties payable by recipient.

United States:

  • Imports under $800​ (de minimis) typically enter duty-free. Certain product categories may be subject to tariffs or agency regulations (e.g., FDA, FCC). Buyers are responsible for compliance with US import laws.

Australia:

  • GST applies to imports over AUD 1,000.

Canada:

  • Duty and tax apply to imports over CAD 20​ (subject to exemptions).

Middle East:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) available in select countries. Refused COD packages are refunded as store credit only. Reshipping fees apply for replacements.

6. Incorrect Address / Unclaimed Packages

  • Verify your shipping address before ordering. Address changes after dispatch incur a redirection fee.
  • Packages returned due to incorrect address, refusal, or failure to claim will be re-shipped at the customer’s expense. Unclaimed packages held over 30 days​ are considered abandoned with no refund.

7. Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages

  • Lost in transit:​ If delivery exceeds the maximum estimate by 7 days, contact us. We will open a carrier investigation. Confirmed lost items are replaced or refunded at no cost.
  • Damaged on arrival:​ Report within 48 hours​ with photos of packaging and item. We cover return shipping and send a replacement or refund.
  • Marked “delivered” but not received:​ Check with neighbors or local post office. Contact us within 7 days​ of the status update. Claims after 60 days​ from ship date may not be eligible.

8. Split Shipments

Multi-item orders may ship separately from different warehouses at no extra charge. Each parcel receives its own tracking number.
