1. Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
- ✅ Unused, unworn, in original condition with no signs of wear or damage
- ✅ Original packaging intact (tags, boxes, dust bags, protective materials)
- ✅ Return requested within the applicable window (see Section 2)
- ✅ Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)
Non-returnable:
- ❌ Customized/personalized products (e.g., engraved items, custom-designed crystal pieces)
- ❌ Items marked “Final Sale” at checkout
- ❌ Gift cards
- ❌ Items damaged due to misuse after delivery

3. How to Initiate a Return
- Email [email protected] with order number, reason, and photo evidence.
- We issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within 1–2 business days with the return address.
- Ship the item via a trackable method (insured for high-value items).
- Upon receipt and inspection, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
⚠️ Items returned without an RMA may be refused.
4. Refunds
- Issued to the original payment method only
- Processing: 5–10 business days after inspection approval
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable (except where required by law)

Exchanges offered for defective, damaged, or incorrect items only. For size/color/style changes, place a new order and return the original for a refund.

7. Market-Specific Rules
EU & UK:
- Right to cancel within 14 days without reason (applies to non-custom, non-sealed-goods). Customer bears return shipping costs unless we erred. Diminished value deductions apply if goods are handled beyond what is necessary to inspect them.
United States:
- State consumer laws may grant additional rights. This policy supplements, not replaces, those rights.
Middle East (COD):
- Refused COD orders: store credit only, no cash refund. Reshipping fees apply.
